Off the beaten track in Wine Creek Canyon, a sylvan side pocket of Dry Creek Valley is this delightful by-appointment-only winery. Papapietro Perry Winery specializes in small lots of handcrafted, single-vineyard designate Pinot Noir and Zinfandel produced from the finest grapes the Russian River, Anderson and Dry Creek Valleys have to offer.

Three generations have called Geyserville, in the Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, home since 1927. Tending the land and making wine is much more than a business to them-it is their lifestyle. Their Tasting Room, the oldest in Dry Creek Valley, is the heart of the winery-this is where you get to taste the fruit of their labor-and visit with their friendly staff. Portalupi wine began many years ago in a small northern California town where Tim and Jane first met as children. Now a husband and wife team, they have traversed the gamut of the premium wine business for some nearly 30 years. They started Portalupi in 2002 and deliver exquisitely crafted wines worthy of their generation’s history of Italian winemaking. Portalupi is a celebration of their reunion and a tribute to their rich ancestry.

Preston of Dry Creek is an organic family farm rooted in the agrarian traditions of Dry Creek Valley. They make broad and best use of the land by tending vines well suited to their distinctive terroir and creating limited production wines from the best and most interesting grapes. They produce fresh, delicious products from their olive groves, garden and commercial bakery. At Preston they subscribe to organic farming and minimalist winemaking, preferring purity of flavor and product while sustaining the environment. They welcome visitors to their peaceful oasis with genuine hospitality.

Raymond Burr Vineyards in Dry Creek Valley produces award winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay.

The café serves Italian and Mediterranean food, paired with wines from Sonoma, Napa and Italy. During the week the café serves dinners, Thursdays through Mondays, and on Saturdays & Sundays it offers food and wine pairings, as well as lunch.

Close together tables makes it easy to meet new people and there is dining at the bar as well. Seasonally inspired, flavor-profiled menu is sourced almost entirely from local purveyors and food artisans. They have more than 31 wines by the glass and 145 fine and unusual vintages in their glass walled cellar.

Downtown Bakery & Creamery opened in Healdsburg in 1987. The original three partners were colleagues at Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley. Their goal was to apply the sustainable practices pioneered by Chez Panisse at the bakery. Drawing upon regional ingredients is a superior way to eat and one can taste the freshness in Chef de Cuisine Les Goodman's Dry Creek Kitchen specialties, such as Love Farm's local Greens Mix with Ginger Passion Fruit Vinaigrette, and Thyme Basted Painted Hills Natural Beef Coulotte. You can also experience the regional abundance in the six-course, wine-trail tasting menu, featuring "neighborhood" food and wine pairings. Dry Creek Kitchen's wine cellar reflects the area's celebrated appellations, featuring more than 600 Sonoma wines with vintages ranging from 1985 to 2007 and a particular emphasis on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Meritage Blends.
