Solo Vacations
Need to really get away and spend some great time alone? The Wine Country and Camellia Inn are great places for travelers coming solo. The inn provides the privacy and solitude you need and the opportunity to interact with others at social breakfasts and evening wine tasting, if you choose. Traveling alone has become very popular because you get to experience things at your own speed and go only where you want to go.
This does not mean solitary travel, unless that’s what you are interested in. Sometimes the greatest way to discover a place is to meet the people. Mention you are traveling solo and the Camellia Inn will place a bottle of Camellia Cellars wine in your room to welcome you.
Traveling solo often means meeting new people and in Healdsburg we have great people to meet. It’s a small town with small town charm and big city chic. You might meet up with people at the inn you want to do things with or just meet new people wherever in Wine Country you go.
Here is our guide to what to do solo in Healdsburg. We will be adding more to it each month. To start we are including your solo dining restaurants:

Great Solo Dining Restaurants
There are many great restaurants all within walking distance of the inn (it’s safe to walk around Healdsburg solo at night) that are great to dine in by yourself because they have bar dining. They will also treat you very well if you want a table just for you. The inn owner Lucy often dines alone and these are her favorites.
Includes: two nights accommodation, experienced knowledgeable guide, bicycle rental, gourmet picnic lunches, cold drinks, and vehicle support as needed. Created for riders of any ability! $545 per person weekdays in a Queen Room or $575 on weekends.
